Looking to grow your career in digital marketing, SEO, or link building? This is your opportunity to get hands-on experience and real ownership.

At Tidio, we're searching for someone who's either already working in digital marketing or eager to take their first steps into SEO and link building. In this role, you'll contribute directly to Tidio's visibility in search engines and AI tools like ChatGPT and gain ownership of off-site SEO initiatives. You'll have the chance to shape strategy in your area of expertise, scale campaigns using top industry tools (and our internal solutions), and even explore affiliate marketing efforts in collaboration with lead generation websites.

As an Outreach Specialist you'll be responsible for:

  • Combining content and SEO knowledge with PR activities to make Tidio more visible online (Google, Bing, ChatGPT, and more).

  • Research and connect with bloggers, editors, site owners, and journalists.

  • Pitch content, partnerships, and thought leadership ideas to get high-quality backlinks and mentions.

  • Craft compelling short-form content (emails, posts, article blurbs).

  • Working closely with our specialists from Content Team.

  • Use tools and data to test, scale, and optimize your campaigns.

We will help you strengthen and polish your skills in the areas of:

  • Off-site SEO, digital PR, SEO, and how to gain visibility in LLMs.

  • Digital PR and link acquisition campaigns.

  • Collaboration within the team as well as external stakeholders and partners.

  • Multiple digital marketing tools.

Tech stack for this role: Ahrefs, Google Search Console, SmartLead, MixMax, G-Suite (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Meets), Slack, Notion, Hunter, RocketReach, MuckRack, LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and more), internal tools and AI agents, WordPress, Profound, ScreamingFrog, LinkedIn, Cledara, Spendesk, Mention.

You'll be a great fit if you have

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field (internships also count)

  • Fluent English skills on C1 level

  • Proactive and goal-oriented attitude - where others see obstacles, you see challenges

  • Openness to learn new technologies and navigating them to support your marketing skills

  • Analytical skills and the belief in the power of research - thanks to it, you become an expert in the subject and expand your network even faster,

  • Basic understanding of the SEO and link-building field will be a big plus
