Role in a nutshell: We're looking for a Turkish & English-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our team and make his own contribution to our products.

Responsibilities:


Providing support in Turkish by email and Live chats;

Processing with great attention to details and content;

Identifying clients' needs and proactively proposing solutions;

Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction;

Working closely with our team to improve and establish the necessary processes.

Qualifications:


Proficiency in Turkish and English, both written and spoken;

Proactive person with good support/sales skills;

Strong communication and negotiation skills;

Attention to detail;

Previous experience as a support agent will be considered an advantage.
