Coople has ambitious plans for the direction of our Product in 2026, and we expect to expand our engineering capabilities to support this vision. While we are not hiring for this role immediately, we are preparing early so that we can move quickly when the need arises.

Summary

The ideal candidate profile to join our team in the future is a Full Stack Engineer who loves shipping fast and working across a modern TypeScript ecosystem. We build in Cursor and optimize our development process for AI-assisted engineering — most of our code is generated with AI, and your role is to guide it, validate it, and deliver production-quality features quickly.

You'll work across our stack , , React Native, Neon/Postgres, AWS), closely collaborating with PMs, product, and users. Ownership, clarity, and iterative delivery matter most.


Skills required

  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript
  • Experience with (backend), (frontend), React Native (mobile), Postgres/Neon, and AWS
  • Java experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD, testing strategies, performance, security, observability, and production readiness
  • Experience building end-to-end functionality in production systems
  • Comfortable working with AI-assisted development (Cursor) and evaluating, refining AI-generated code
  • Product mindset with focus on delivering iterative value and solving user problems
  • Clear and concise communication with PMs, designers, and stakeholders
  • Fluent English
