Join us as an AI Engineer in an exciting project for a fast-growing tech company leading the way in Model Risk Management and AI Governance. Our client's SaaS platform enables organizations to govern and monitor algorithms with full transparency and regulatory compliance.

The role includes monthly business trips to the client's office in one of the Benelux countries, typically for a few days at a time.

What will be your responsibilities?
  • Delivering production-ready contextual AI assistants.Orchestrating LLM-powered assistants in our SaaS product.
  • Connect APIs, manage data flow, and ensure smooth backend/frontend integration and performance.
  • Developing strategies for prompt templates, context injection, RAG pipelines, and embeddings to deliver accurate, user-aligned AI output across multiple LLM providers.
  • Implementing provider-agnostic frameworks to switch between models and scale securely and flexibly.
  • Ensuring AI assistants respect RBAC and privacy requirements in a multi-tenant SaaS environment.
Requirements
  • Willingness to travel to our client's office in Europe.
  • Practice withbuilding and deploying contextual AI assistants.
  • Experience with LangChain or a similar AI integration framework.
  • Previous backend engineering background (API, SQL, SaaS).
  • Experience designing scalable abstractions across multiple LLM providers.
  • Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS security and RBAC principles.

  • Knowledge of AI governance and data privacy best practices.
  • Familiarity with DevOps workflows (CI/CD, pipelines, deployments).
