The Future Mind team is looking for a seasoned professional to join us in the position of Sales Account Manager in Warsaw.

This job is all about:

  • building long-lasting relationships with clients at different levels of their organizations,
  • reaching out to existing clients and potential clients who get in touch through our inbound channels, by e-mail, phone, and social media, to present them with our offer,
  • identifying and closing new deals based on incoming inbound leads and developing existing client accounts, but NO COLD CALLS,
  • coordinating project valuation, preparing and presenting offers to our clients,
  • overseeing the entire sales cycle and ensuring Future Mind clients are provided an excellent service.

What we're looking for:

  • at least 2 years of B2B sales or account management experience in the tech sector with high-ticket clients,
  • track record of successful deals backed by professional references,
  • understanding the process of software development and the ability to explain it to non-technical executives on the client side,
  • broad knowledge of IT solutions allowing you to understand client requirements and expectations and present them to the technical and PMO teams for further analysis,
  • knowledge of efficient sales tools and methods (e.g., social selling),
  • following good sales practices, such as maintaining an up-to-date CRM database,
  • experience in transferring technology to business value
  • excellent skills in building relationships with business partners
  • understanding the decision-making process that occurs when offering on a project
  • very good command of English and great communication skills.

We also appreciate:

  • existing relationships with prospective clients (e.g., in the retail industry),
  • good command of another European language,
  • some technical background will be a great advantage, but it's not required,
  • experience in a consulting organization is also an advantage,
  • knowledge of social media monitoring tools, such as Brand24.
