Position Overview

As our Social Media Manager, you'll be the voice and face of our brand on local social platforms—owning our presence, shaping our narrative, and driving genuine engagement with Polish audiences. This role reports directly to the Country Marketing Lead, giving you direct access to strategic guidance, creative freedom, and the chance to influence our brand's social journey in Poland. You'll blend hands-on content creation with agency management, turning trends into impactful campaigns and building a loyal community around our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the brand's local social media strategy across core platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X—turning brand objectives into scroll-stopping content.
• Define clear content directions and develop monthly/quarterly content plans that align with our brand positioning, business goals, and local audience preferences.
• Manage and collaborate with social media/content agencies: from crafting clear briefs and providing constructive feedback to ensuring top-tier quality and on-time delivery.
• Create and support basic video editing for short-form content (Reels, TikTok, short videos)—keep content fresh, flexible, and ready to capitalize on trends.
• Partner closely with PR teams, KOLs, and creators to amplify campaigns, expand reach, and boost daily content performance.
• Track, analyze, and celebrate key social KPIs (reach, engagement, follower growth)—use data insights to refine strategies and make content work harder.
• Act as the brand's social media guardian: ensure consistency in tone of voice, visuals, and messaging across every post—keeping our brand identity strong and authentic.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of proven experience in social media, content, or digital marketing roles—you know the ins and outs of building a brand on social.
• Hands-on experience managing external agencies—you're a master collaborator who communicates clearly, sets expectations, and delivers results.
• Basic video editing skills: able to independently handle simple cuts, subtitles, and pacing (no pro-level skills needed—just a knack for making content shine).
• A genuine passion for social media: you stay on top of trends, understand platform dynamics, and know what makes audiences stop and engage.
• Strong content judgment and aesthetic sense—you can spot great content when you see it, and you understand how to tailor it to Polish culture.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-task environment—you're organized, proactive, and keep calm when juggling multiple projects.
• Fluent in English (working language); Polish language proficiency is a huge plus (to connect authentically with local audiences).

Nice to Have

• Proven track record of growing TikTok or Reels content—you know how to create videos that go viral or drive meaningful engagement.
• Background in consumer electronics, lifestyle, or premium brands—you understand the nuances of marketing in these spaces.
• Experience briefing creators and evaluating content performance—you can guide creators to align with brand goals and measure success.
