The team ensures that all process documentation is accurate and up to date, supports project implementation, and promotes continuous improvement through structured engineering practices. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the department plays a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, quality, and innovation in production processes.  ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate new product and process introductions to ensure timely and efficient implementationReview new processes, including molds, related equipment, and accompanying documentation for accuracy and complianceRaise Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) to mitigate or eliminate risk exposure, meet customer requirements, and improve safety and product qualitySupport daily production operations through defect analysis and troubleshooting to maintain optimal performanceEnsure Bill of Materials (BOM) is accurate and reflects actual consumptionCollaborate with HSE and Quality teams to conduct root cause analysis and cost assessments for continuous improvementCoordinating manufacturing cost reduction initiatives to enhance operational efficiencyQualificationsEngineering degree or higher technical education (Bachelor's or Master's level required)Experience working on multi-disciplinary projectsKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing principlesProficient computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with AutoCAD (will be beneficial)Structured and methodical approachEffective communication and teamwork skills  CompetenciesProject planning and executionTechnical documentation managementCross-functional collaboration and communicationPerformance monitoring and reportingRisk management and problem-solving Flexibility and a commitment to ongoing enhancement  Qauality assurance and control of process variationsWhat we offerWe offer a chance to join a top provider of sustainable energy solutions, while working as part of a highly motivated and collaborative team.
