Kubernetes Platform Engineer with AI Infrastructure Expertise

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Operate and manage Kubernetes clusters running variety of workloads, including AI agent infrastructure
• Provide support to development teams in area of Kubernetes and AI tooling
• Design and deploy new clusters for different, international development teams
• Design, build, and maintain MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers for AI agent integrations
• Develop and deploy AI tooling and infrastructure to support agentic workflows
• Provide training and consulting to development teams on Kubernetes and AI integration patterns

Skills required:
Core Infrastructure:

• Extensive experience working with Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS) and Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS)
• At least basic knowledge about Rancher
• IaC with Terraform, Ansible
• Experience working with Azure, AWS
• Experience with vSphere is nice to have
• Hands-on experience with Helm, Kustomize, ArgoCD, FluxCD, Kured, GitHub Actions, Karpenter
• Experience working with Jira, GitHub, ServiceNow
• Knowledge of security tools like CrowdStrike Falcon (KAC, image-analyzer, node-sensor), Qualys
• Monitoring experience in Azure, AWS and Prometheus
• Backup expertise in Velero, Longhorn

AI & Development:

• Programming skills in Python, , or Go
• Understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) architecture and best practices
• Understanding of MCP servers or similar API integrations for AI agents
• Understanding of vector databases or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems
• Experience with API design (REST, SSE, WebSocket protocols)
• Knowledge of LLM integration patterns and AI agent architectures
• Experience with containerizing and deploying AI/ML workloads
• Experience with AI services and tools
• Familiarity with authentication mechanisms (OAuth, API keys, JWT)

Soft skills:

• Experience in collaborating with business stakeholders in consulting firms or software development companies.
• Communication: Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly resolve issues.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize actions.
• Teamwork: Experience working in multidisciplinary teams, including the ability to work in a remote team.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to work, including accuracy in documenting processes and actions.
