As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to lead our efforts to shape and communicate the g'tea brand.
Position Overview:
The Brand Manager will be at the forefront of defining and executing the brand strategy for g'tea This role requires a creative, strategic thinker who can leverage our brand's unique characteristics to engage our target audience effectively. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our brand remains at the forefront of innovation, trends, and consumer preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Brand Development
: Develop and execute a brand strategy that embodies g'tea's trendy, positive, and youthful essence, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Development strategies must meet the needs of the territories where the brand is represented. This includes:
- Forming and controlling the sales budget.
- Establishing the brand's price positioning.
- Analysing the competitive environment.
- Developing presence strategies for sales channels.
Brand Identity Cultivation
: Define and nurture g'tea's unique identity through compelling brand positioning, messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice.
Product Innovation Support
: Drive product development teams to ensure new products align with g'tea's brand values and resonate with our target audience.
Creative Marketing Campaigns
: Conceptualise and execute innovative marketing campaigns and promotions that capture the attention and imagination of our young and dynamic consumer base.
Digital Engagement Strategy
: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including social media, influencer partnerships, and content creation, to amplify brand awareness and engagement.
Consumer Insights Utilisation
: Leverage market research and consumer insights to identify emerging trends, preferences, and opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
Packaging and Design Direction
: Provide strategic direction for packaging design and branding initiatives, ensuring they reflect g'tea's bold and stylish aesthetic.
Performance Analysis and Optimisation
: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of brand initiatives and campaigns and optimise strategies accordingly.
Collaboration and Partnership Building
: Identify and nurture strategic partnerships and collaborations that enhance g'tea's brand visibility and appeal to our target demographic.
Budget Management
: Manage the brand marketing budget effectively, prioritising initiatives that deliver maximum impact and ROI.
Qualifications
:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in the food and beverage or lifestyle industry.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a deep understanding of youth culture and trends.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and align cross-functional teams.
Experience developing and executing digital marketing strategies, including social media, influencer marketing, and content creation.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing brands in dynamic and competitive markets.
Familiarity with packaging design and branding principles.
Passion for tea and a genuine appreciation for natural ingredients and sustainable practices.
