About the Role

As an
AI Fullstack Software Engineer
, you'll play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions that drive real business impact. You'll work across the stack — from frontend and backend development to AI integration and model engineering — helping shape the future of data-driven products at Bauer Media Group.

What You'll Do

• Build and deploy AI-powered applications (e.g. NLP, recommendation systems, content analytics)
• Develop AI solutions with modern frontends and scalable backends
• Integrate third-party and cloud-based AI services (Azure, AWS, GCP) into existing solutions
• Train, fine-tune, and optimize machine learning models
• Automate MLOps/DevOps pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, maintainable AI solutions
• Collect, preprocess, and manage large datasets for training and evaluation

What You Bring

• At least 5-year experience in building and deploying AI/ML models in production
• Strong skills in
  Python
  and
  JavaScript
  (React, Vue, or Angular)
• Hands-on experience with
  Azure AI Services
  ; AWS/GCP exposure is a plus
• Familiarity with
  ML frameworks
  (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Understanding of
  MLOps/DevOps
  , data pipelines, and containerized deployments
• Problem-solving mindset, team spirit, and excellent communication skills
