Poszukujemy doświadczonego konsultanta, który łączy wiedzę biznesową z głębokim zrozumieniem procesów bankowych oraz technologii wspierających funkcjonowanie instytucji finansowych.

Twoim zadaniem będzie doradztwo dla jednostek biznesowych i technologicznych, analiza procesów end-to-end, identyfikacja usprawnień oraz wsparcie w projektowaniu rozwiązań IT, danych oraz AI.

To rola dla osoby, która potrafi łączyć światy: biznes, procesy, technologię, dane i governance w obszarze bankowym.

KLUCZOWE OBSZARY DZIAŁANIA I ZADANIA

Procesy i biznes

  • Mapowanie, analiza i optymalizacja procesów bankowych end-to-end
  • Udział w inicjatywach transformacyjnych w obszarach: AI, data, governance, risk, security, operacje, etc.
  • Identyfikacja potrzeb biznesowych oraz przekładanie ich na koncepcje rozwiąza technologicznych
  • Przygotowanie rekomendacji procesowych i operacyjnych dla biznesu

Technologia i architektura

  • Analiza funkcjonalna i procesowa rozwiązań IT w kontekście wymagań biznesowych
  • Współpraca z architektami IT, zespołami data, security i risk
  • Wsparcie przy projektowaniu zmian systemowych i procesowych
  • Rozumienie przepływów danych, integracji i zależności między systemami

Interesariusze i komunikacja

  • Prowadzenie warsztatów z jednostkami biznesowymi oraz IT
  • Budowanie relacji z kluczowymi stakeholderami na poziomie operacyjnym i managerskim
  • Prezentowanie rozwiązań, analiz i rekomendacji w języku biznesowym oraz technicznym

Wymagania:

  • Min. 10 lat doświadczenia w banku, firmie konsultingowej lub fintechu
  • Praktyczna wiedza o procesach bankowych (np. kredyty, płatności, operacje, ryzyko, data governance, IT governance etc.).
  • Doświadczenie w pracy na styku biznes & IT 
  • Udział w projektach transformacyjnych, wdrożeniach systemów bankowych lub projektach data/AI
  • Gotowość do podróży służbowych UK/USA

Kompetencje techniczne

  • Rozumienie architektury systemów bankowych, integracji, przepływów danych etc.
  • Znajomość zagadnień AI/data/security/governance będzie dużym atutem
  • Umiejętność przygotowania analiz procesowych, modeli BPMN, dokumentacji wymagań etc.

Umiejętności miękkie

  • Doskonałe zdolności komunikacyjne i analityczne
  • Umiejętność pracy z wieloma interesariuszami i zarządzania oczekiwaniami
  • Myślenie systemowe i nastawienie na rozwiązywanie problemów
  • Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego (min. C1) – warunek konieczny.
