Senior Developer- Development & Integration

JOB SUMMARY:
The
Senior Developer, Integration and Development
will work across teams to design, develop, and implement Applications using Novocure's range of different development tools. This candidate will collaborate with internal teams and work with external consultants when needed.

The Senior Developer, Integration and Development will be responsible for developing client-side and server-side software, integrating with SAP and a wide variety of systems internally. This role will also be required to follow all development processes, and maintain a high degree of code quality and delivery velocity within Novocure's technology team. This role will also be required to develop within the processes and governance controls developed, to ensure secure and scalable technology solutions for Novocure's various business units.

The Senior Developer, Integration and Development is a full-time position based in Krakow, Poland, reporting to the Senior Manager, Integration and Development.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications across both front-end and back-end systems.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality, on-time software solutions.
• Lead technical deliverables and provide guidance to other team members when needed.
• Ensure software quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards in every phase of development.
• Build and maintain reusable components, templates, and technical guidelines to support consistent development practices.
• Participate in agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Solve complex business and technical challenges through innovative, custom-built solutions.
• Develop and integrate APIs and web services (SOAP, REST, ODATA) for smooth data exchange between systems.
• Work with modern technologies and frameworks such as , C#, Java, , HTML, and CSS.
• Use MuleSoft for system integrations and API management, ensuring secure and scalable connectivity across platforms.

YOUR PROFILE:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with the MuleSoft platform (Mule 4.x, RAML, DataWeave, APIs).
• Experience in designing, developing, and deploying integrations using MuleSoft (CloudHub, on-premise, RTF, or private cloud).
• Solid understanding of API security, authentication, and authorization best practices.
• 8+ years of experience in IT, including at least 4 years in enterprise application development , C#, Java, , HTML, JSS)
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD tools and build pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Maven, Git, Docker).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on scalable, high-performing solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• MuleSoft certification (Integration Architect or Platform Architect) preferred.
