Established as a joint venture between Hafnia and Símbolo—with partners including Marfin

is redefining enterprise productivity through context-aware, privacy-first automation.

We are seeking a motivated Junior Accountant & HR Administrator to join our team. This

role supports both our finance and people operations. The ideal candidate has strong

attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and hands-on experience with Xero.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Responsibilities

· Process accounts payable, accounts receivable and T&E.

· Prepare and reconcile bank, credit card, and supplier statements.

· Enter and maintain financial transactions in Xero.

· Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.

· Support payroll processing and ensure accurate timesheet records.

· Prepare basic financial reports and assist with audit documentation.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial files.

HR Administration Responsibilities

· Support onboarding and offboarding processes.

· Maintain recruiting and HR reporting.

· Help administer leave, benefits, and attendance tracking systems.

· Coordinate training, compliance requirements, and performance review reminders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 2 years of experience in accounting.

· Proficient in Xero (must-have) and connected apps

· Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles.

· High attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office.

· Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

· Certificate or diploma in Accounting
