The main purpose of the role is delivering efficient and high-quality master data management services in alignment with applicable policies. Person working as Intern supports Master Data Team in daily operations:

  • Supporting creation and updating of Vendor, Customer, Product and Bank Master Data in accordance with defined processes.
  • Responding to queries from range of stakeholders via different channels (ServiceNow/Outlook /Phone).
  • Supporting implementation of any change and/or improvement initiatives.
  • Various ad hoc support duties to assist with all areas of our Procurement & Finance Operations department.

Your future team

As our Intern, you will be part of team who consists of around 12 people. Our team is part of Procurement and Finance Operations department that is responsible e.g., for Master Data, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense processes delivered to over 50 entities around the world.

Currently studyingStrong motivation to gain experience in Finance (Master Data)Strong engagement and focus on achieving goalsCaring for detailsProactive and creative in terms of improving ways of workingGood knowledge of Microsoft ExcelVery good English (B2)Availability: minimum 30 hours per week
