Dla naszego Klienta poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko:
**Customer Service Representative with Spanish. 

Zadania:**

  • Zarządzanie relacjami z Klientem i pełnienie roli głównego punktu kontaktu w zakresie zapytań i problemów
  • Obsługa zamówień: monitorowanie statusu, weryfikacja braków, potwierdzenia dostawy, aktualizacja portali Klienta
  • Weryfikacja zamówień pod kątem zgodności z warunkami firmy oraz współpraca z działem biznesowym przy użyciu Salesforce
  • Przygotowywanie raportów i dashboardów, analiza procesów oraz inicjowanie działań usprawniających
  • Współpraca z działami logistyki, reklamacji i windykacji w celu zapewnienia wysokiej jakości obsługi
  • Udział w spotkaniach z Klientami w celu poprawy satysfakcji, komunikacji i efektywności

Wymagania:

  • Min. 2-3 lata doświadczenia
    na stanowisku związanym z obsługą klienta biznesowego
  • Znajomość języków angielskiego i hiszpańskiego na poziomie min. B2
  • Znajomość programów SAP i Salesforce lub pokrewnych
  • Wykształcenie wyższe
  • Umiejętność pracy zespołowej
  • Silne umiejętności interpersonalne oraz zdolność budowania trwałych relacji
