Our client is a rapidly growing digital marketing and ad-tech organization operating globally and partnering with major advertising platforms to deliver high-performance growth solutions. They support brands in scaling internationally through data-driven creative strategies and advanced campaign optimization.

With a team of 250+ specialists across multiple regions in Europe and North America, the company is building a fast-paced, analytics-driven performance culture.

They are now looking for a Search Lead - a strategic and hands-on PPC expert responsible for building the entire search marketing ecosystem from scratch, designing scalable frameworks, and driving the development of high-performance acquisition campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and configure a complete PPC infrastructure across Google Ads and Bing, starting from zero.
  • Develop scalable campaign structures, templates, and optimization frameworks.
  • Launch and test initial offers, hypotheses, and acquisition strategies to validate growth opportunities.
  • Set up tracking foundations and analytics pipelines to ensure accurate measurement and reporting.
  • Identify profitable audiences, keywords, and offers that maximize ROI.
  • Transition campaigns from testing to scaling stages, targeting ROI 1.2x.
  • Work cross-functionally with analytics, product, and creative teams to align performance objectives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Search/PPC marketing (Google Ads, Bing).
  • People management experience 
  • Proven success in launching, managing, and scaling performance-driven search campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of PPC fundamentals: account structure, bidding strategies, audience frameworks, automation, and optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tracking/BI tools: Google Analytics, GTM, Looker Studio, Power BI, AppsFlyer/Adjust.
  • Ability to build processes, workflows, and systems from scratch.
  • Upper-Intermediate English.
  • Experience in agencies is a strong advantage.
