We're Hiring: Senior Data Scientist – AI/ML

Are you passionate about artificial intelligence and machine learning? We're looking for a
Senior Data Scientist
to join our team and build real-world, scalable AI/ML solutions that go far beyond the proof-of-concept phase.

In this role, you'll help design and deliver impactful data science products used across industries, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and working with the latest in big data and cloud technologies.


Key Responsibilities

Technology & Solution Development

  • Design and implement advanced
    descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive algorithms
    based on business needs.
  • Deliver
    enterprise-level analytics solutions
    on scalable big data platforms.
  • Develop and optimize
    distributed, GPU-accelerated, and parallelized algorithms
    .
  • Go deep into the
    theoretical and practical aspects
    of AI/ML models to ensure strong solution fundamentals.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of projects, including at least
    two full-cycle implementations
    beyond POC stage.
  • Architect solutions for
    high-dimensional, complex data sets
    .
  • Collaborate with architecture and infrastructure teams to streamline and optimize deployment.

Business Integration

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to
    gather and translate business requirements
    into data science solutions.
  • Partner with business analysts and process owners to develop and integrate analytics into workflows.
  • Communicate complex analytical concepts and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

External Presence & Thought Leadership

  • Represent the company at
    technical forums, conferences, and industry events
    .
  • Stay engaged with the external community to
    promote best practices and innovation
    in analytics.


Qualifications & Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Operations Research, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
  • 4–6 years of industry experience
    in developing and deploying machine learning solutions.
  • Solid academic and practical foundation in
    ML/AI, data science, or computer vision
    .
  • Strong theoretical background in
    machine learning, optimization, stochastic processes, linear algebra
    , and related areas.

Technical Expertise

  • Proficient in
    Python
    , with experience using libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, Spark, and MLlib.
  • Strong background in
    LLMs (Large Language Models)
    ,
    NLP
    , and
    database management
    .
  • Deep understanding of LLM architecture, functionality, and training processes (hands-on training not required).
  • Skilled in
    SQL
    , data validation and splitting techniques, and fine-tuning transformer-based models.
  • Experience with tools like
    LangChain
    and
    Docker
    is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deploy models in
    cloud (Azure, GCP)
    and
    on-premise big data platforms
    (Hive, Spark, Hadoop).
  • Experience working with
    large-scale datasets (multi-TB)
    and
    real-time stream processing
    is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the
    oil & gas domain
    is a bonus, but not required.
