Process Quality Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

·     Collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish and implement quality control procedures.

·     Conducting thorough inspections and audits of production processes to identify areas for improvement.

·     Analyzing data and trends to proactively address potential quality issues and deviations.

·     Developing and maintaining process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.

·     Leading root cause analysis and corrective action processes for quality incidents.

·     Implementing and maintaining statistical process control (SPC) tools to monitor process performance.

·     Training production personnel on quality standards and best practices.

·     Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and increase efficiency.

Qualifications:

·     Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial Engineering or Quality Engineering.

·     Proven experience in process quality management within a manufacturing environment.

·     Solid understanding of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, 5S).

·     Familiarity with statistical analysis and SPC techniques.

·     Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

·     Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and accuracy.

·     Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
