Who We Are

PCMI (Policy Claim Management International) is a fast-growing, leading provider of integrated software for Extended Warranty Management and Finance and Insurance (F&I) administration. We are a SaaS company that operates in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Our 3 teams located in the US, Poland, and Thailand work collaboratively around the clock to build our PCRS platform that automates the full administration lifecycle of all extended warranties, F&I products, and service contracts for our customers. 

What You'll Do 

As a SQL Developer, you will work on the implementation and set-up of new clients in the system. As part of this team, you are going to transfer data from their old system to ours, improve the toolkit the team is using currently, communicate with our business team in the USA regularly and enforce the business plans and ideas, be in regular communication with members of development teams to share knowledge and develop new solutions.

In this role, you will:

  • Create and optimize ETL processes for data migration.
  • Create and optimize efficient SQL queries.
  • Create data imports/exports.
  • Efficiently communicate with Business Team to better understand the clients' needs.
  • Give feedback on data analysis results.
  • Create reports (SSRS, Power BI).

What You'll Need to Join Our Team 

Experience: 

  • Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Practical knowledge of MS SQL Server.
  • Understanding of relational databases concept and data modeling principles.
  • Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and Agile Development Technologies.
  • Working knowledge of SSRS and SSIS.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Highly, self-motivated personality with the ability to learn and independently research information.
  • Ability to function well in a high – paced and at times stressful environment.
