Senior Marketing Automation Specialist

Main Responsibilities:
- analyzing the behavior of our customers and building multi-stage communication paths for them, we make shopping on Allegro easier and more enjoyable.
- preparing the concept, implementing, and managing dozens of marketing automation scenarios (push, email, and other channels)
- creating campaigns that build engagement and loyalty (e.g., using discount coupons, app, Smart)
- communicating the introduction of new promotions and products (e.g,. Smart loyalty program, Allegro Pay deferred payments, Allegro Share referral program). You will co-create and implement Allegro's communication strategy in the different markets (PL/CZ/SK)
- cooperating with internal clients (including Smart, commercial, financial, One Box, and customer relations departments)
- managing the campaign, controlling the budget, and being responsible for delivering the assumed KPIs
- analyzing and conducting A/B (and sometimes A/B/C/D...) tests.

Apply if you
- speak English very well (the team is international, so working in English will be an everyday occurrence)
- have at least 3 years of experience in the area of Marketing Automation, Customer Lifecycle Management, CRM
- have experience in creating and managing marketing automation campaigns or creating customer communication scenarios (such as Exponea, Emarsys, GetResponse, Freshmail, Salesmanago, etc.)
- have experience in design work and project management
- are creative and like to take the initiative
- propose solutions to problems
- can freely communicate and cooperate with other teams
- can analyze numerical data and draw conclusions from them, you know MS Excel and Google Analytics well
