Job Description
You will be part of the eBusiness team who owns several business processes around Rockwell Automation's global eCommerce systems. Our responsibilities include:
- Support self-service and online / electronic capabilities
- Transactional integrations
- Customer Portal collaboration
- Use existing technology and flag digital trends

In the beginning you will receive on-the-job training and have lots of work instructions and help available. As you become more experienced you will participate in projects, improve your own and the team's work processes and work with data, analysis and reports. You will define your development path together with your team leader to fit your exact needs.
You will report to: MANAGER, EBUSINESS, Model of work for this role is hibrid.
Your Responsibilities:- Work together with several teams to develop and implement harmonized and improved global business processes (Order-to-Cash and Purchase-to-Pay).
- Participate in - and eventually lead – local, regional, and global projects related to system and process changes, transitions of work, implementations and rollouts.
- Use fundamental Project Management Methodologies and templates to lead small and medium projects within our responsibility areas.
- Coordinate implementation of customer collaborations by eProcurement and eBilling portals; develop processes around customer collaborations and support with operational tasks.
- Work with dedicated Shared Services team to allow and support invoice upload to eBilling portals.
- Support external users globally with access to the online eCommerce tools.
- Handle questions and issues reported by internal and external users related to eCommerce processes. IT handles technical issues.
- Monitor data and activities supporting eCommerce processes; work with IT and data management teams to make corrections.
- Test system functionality and investigate issues in cooperation with colleagues from business and IT.
- Extract and work with data, create reports and potentially run and develop data-models.
- Fluent in speaking and writing English, practical experience with use of English.
- 1+ years of experience in Customer Care, Supply Chain or Administrative department is a benefit.
- Use technology including general. Practical experience with ERP systems, especially SAP, is a major benefit.
- Experience with – or – how data flows between multiple systems. Interest in working within a semi-technical environment.
- Interest - and some ability - in investigating issues related to data and processes and in defining and implementing solutions.
- Knowledge of and experience with fundamental Project Management Methodologies is a benefit, but not a requirement.
- Knowledge of and experience with EDI technology would be a benefit.
