For our Client, an international company in the consumer electronics industry, we are looking for a Candidate for the position:

Product Manager (IT Solutions)

Location: Warsaw

Working Mode: Stationary (1 day of Home Office)

Reporting to: Product Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product strategy aligned with Polish market dynamics, ensuring a competitive and consumer-focused product line-up.
  • Conduct comprehensive product benchmarking to evaluate characteristics and performance against market standards.
  • Analyze competitors' pricing strategies to establish a robust basis for optimal price positioning.
  • Recommend product assortments across all sales channels to maximize revenue potential while minimizing channel conflicts.
  • Design and deliver value communication packages leveraging consumer insights and highlighting unique selling propositions.
  • Create, maintain, and manage product data and technical specifications to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Perform in-depth market analysis, including segmentation and sub-segmentation, to forecast demand and identify growth opportunities.
  • Execute market sensing activities, such as retail visits, to gather real-time insights on consumer behavior and trends.
  • Monitor and manage sales performance and profitability at the model level to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and manufacturing units, to drive alignment and execution.
  • Participate in customer meetings to support product positioning and strengthen business relationships.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within consumer electronics or related industries.
  • Strong market knowledge in IT monitors and/or RTV segments.
  • Excellent influencing skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information effectively to support strategic decisions.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring precision in analysis and reporting.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of preparing and delivering compelling arguments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
