About the team:

We are seeking a Software Developer (SQL) to join our Regulatory Reporting Solutions team, focusing on the development and maintenance of Risk Management and Basel Reporting related products. This role centers around the AxiomSL ControllerView platform, a proprietary data management and transformation tool widely used in the financial industry for regulatory compliance.

About the position:

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in SQL, a keen analytical mindset, with the ability to understand financial regulations, particularly Basel III/IV. This is not a traditional software engineering role—success in this position requires the ability to understand and implement complex data transformation logic and regulatory requirements.

What You Will Do :

• Design, build and support data flows using the Axiom ControllerView platform.

• Turn business needs into robust and supportable technical solutions.

• Work closely with analysts, developers, and QA to deliver accurate configurations on time.

• Help design smart features powered by AI, like tools that connect to knowledge bases.

• Make sure data processes run fast and scale well.

• Review code, and keep documentation up to date.

• Support existing code and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.

What We Expect:

• Experience in software development or data engineering roles.

• Academic degree in computer science, math or finance.

• Proficiency in SQL.

• Ability to understand and implement complex data transformation logic.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Familiarity with Python and R.

Nice-to-have qualifications:

• Experience in the financial services or regulatory technology (RegTech) sector.

• Knowledge of ETL processes, data warehousing, or data governance.
