Main Responsibilities of a Talent Sourcer
  • Identify, attract, and engage with potential candidates through various sourcing channels including social media, job boards, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with recruitment and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates, ensuring they meet the job requirements and company culture fit.
  • Maintain and update a database of potential candidates, tracking sourcing metrics for ongoing improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with potential candidates, offering a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging talent acquisition practices to enhance sourcing effectiveness.
Skills and Qualifications for a Polish Talent Sourcer
  • Fluency in Polish and strong communication skills in English are essential.
  • Experience in talent sourcing or recruitment roles is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.
  • Strong research skills and familiarity with various sourcing tools and platforms.
