Financial Conroller

Your Responsibilities

• Sales Controlling: Analyze sales performance, monitor KPIs, and support management with actionable insights
• Margin Analysis: Evaluate profitability by business models and countries; identify drivers of margin improvements
• Head-Office Costs: Monitor, control, and report on overhead and administrative expenses
• Logistic Costs: Track and analyze logistics and distribution expenses to improve cost efficiency
• Forecasting: Prepare and update regular forecasts in collaboration with business units
• Monthly Closings: Support and coordinate month-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Budget Process: Lead or support the annual budget preparation and mid-year revisions

Our Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Controlling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP and BI tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI) is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Self-driven, structured, and proactive team player
