SEB is looking for new KYC/AML Specialists to join the KYC/AML Center in Warsaw. Our business area Private Wealth Management & Family Office (PWM&FO) has an extensive growth agenda during the coming years. One of the major initiatives to support this expansion, is to continue developing the KYC/AML Center within the Polish site/branch of SEB AB. The AML/KYC Center supports PWM&FO business units across the Nordics and Luxembourg. Currently, KYC/AML Center is looking for KYC Specialists to support our Swedish DD processes.

Responsibilities

  • You will be cooperating with cross site teams and stakeholders creating a seamless onboarding/review journey for our clients.
  • To perform Onboarding and Periodic Reviews as assigned by the KYC Team Leader. Your tasks will include analysing and validating documentation, analysing ownership, performing screening, writing risk assessments, preparing client analysis for approval committees, updating static data, archiving documentation and performing trigger-based reviews.
  • You will be the expert in AML/KYC and other regulatory needs for onboardings/reviews and perform related tasks, when required.
  • Contribute to delivering an exceptional client experience for new and existing PWM&FO clients.

Requirements

  • You have at least 1 year of professional experience in AML/KYC processes.
  • You are well acquainted with KYC including the EU regulatory frameworks within this space.
  • You have an analytical foundation and an accurate and structured approach to your work.
  • You can work independently, have a strong capability of prioritizing your work in a structured manner.
  • You like taking responsibility and are comfortable working in a busy environment where priorities and objectives can change quickly.
  • You are fluent in English, knowledge of a Scandinavian or Finnish language is an advantage.

Please keep in mind that this will be a temporary contract for 2026.
