Senior Java Developer / Tech Lead – Energy Sector / GCP

We're looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer / Tech Lead to design and build modern digital solutions for the energy sector.

After an initial onboarding period with Spyrosoft (3–6 months), you'll join our partner company – , a startup that's part of the ecosystem of Leroy Merlin, one of the leading French retail groups specializing in DIY (do-it-yourself), home improvement, and home décor.

Your main responsibilities

Lead the design and development of backend systems in Java 21 using Spring Boot 3 (Spring Framework 6).

  • Provide technical leadership, guide the team in architectural decisions, and ensure adherence to best practices.

  • Integrate backend systems with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Keycloak.

  • Ensure data consistency and reliability using PostgreSQL and Liquibase.

  • Build and maintain automated test environments using AssertJ and Testcontainers.

  • Work closely with product and DevOps teams to deliver scalable, secure, and cloud-native applications.
