As an
Senior
Test
Manager
within the Strategic Initiative DOKA NG (SI 39), you will be responsible for coordinating the project test phases across all requirements, interfaces, and test areas. Your primary duties include managing and steering test execution, planning tests, resource planning for test activities, and developing a suitable test approach for each test phase. This involves coordinating with the Cluster Trade Finance cells, compiling test cases, allocating them to the respective testers, and facilitating daily tester calls to ensure seamless test execution with excellent moderation and problem-solving skills. A general understanding of Trade Finance (basics) and Octane would be beneficial. An agile mindset and practical knowledge of agile methodology are required.

What you will be doing?

• Overall Test Coordination: Manage test execution across all requirements, interfaces, and test areas for Phase 1 and Phase 2 by coordinating testers from Commerzbank AG Germany, and subsidiaries CERI International, ComTS GmbH, and Commerz Global Service Solutions (CGSS).
• Test Planning/ Test Automation: Prepare the Test Lab, including comprehensive test planning and allocation of test cases to the responsible testers, ensuring effective resource planning. Managing the test automation processes.
• Documentation: Support the creation of the Test Plan, Test concepts, and UAT documentation, ensuring all necessary documents are detailed and accurately reflect testing requirements.
• Reporting: Support the creation of test status reports, providing up-to-date information on test progress, issues encountered, and resolutions.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Close collaboration with the Workstream Lead Test. Maintain close alignment with Product Owners from Cluster Trade Finance (e.g., Test, TradeAI) on test schedules, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across all involved parties.

These tasks serve to uphold high standards and ensure the successful execution of tests within the DOKA NG initiative, contributing to the project's overall success.
