Senior Data Scientist

As Senior Data Scientist, you will lead our efforts in incrementality testing and causal inference, helping to quantify the true impact of marketing activities across all channels. In this highly analytical and hands-on role, you will design and analyse experiments, guide marketing measurement strategy and play a key part in enabling smarter, evidence-based decision-making. This is a great opportunity for someone who combines statistical rigour with strong stakeholder communication and thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. This position is permanent and based in Warsaw.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Design, enforce and execute incrementality experiments such as geo-experiments, holdout tests and lift studies to quantify marketing impactDevelop models to estimate causal effects using methods including difference-in-differences, synthetic control and Bayesian inferenceCollaborate with marketing, data science and engineering teams to build scalable and reliable testing frameworks, exploring the integration of AI-based approaches to automate experiment design and analysisAnalyse and communicate results to stakeholders, translating experimental findings into clear, actionable business insightsSupport the broader marketing measurement strategy, contributing to media mix modelling (MMM) and attribution when relevantChampion best practices in experimental design, causal modelling and data quality across the organisation

YOU COME WITH

4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data science or experimentationStrong knowledge of causal inference and experimental design, including geo-experiments, DiD, synthetic control and Bayesian methodsProficiency in Python, with a solid understanding of marketing metrics and multi-channel measurement challengesExcellent communication skills, with the ability to convey uncertainty and statistical nuance to non-technical audiencesA curious, hands-on and ownership-driven mindset, with a passion for designing experiments and validating hypotheses through real-world dataA pragmatic, business-oriented approach that balances statistical rigour with commercial impact, combined with strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and a drive to help marketing teams make smarter, evidence-based decisions
