Zakres obowiązków

End User Services

  • Diagnoza i rozwiązywanie incydentów oraz problemów IT (sprzęt, systemy operacyjne, aplikacje standardowe).
  • Obsługa zgłoszeń w systemie ITSM/SRM – od przyjęcia do zamknięcia (zgodnie z SLA).
  • Instalacja, konfiguracja i naprawy sprzętu komputerowego oraz urządzeń peryferyjnych.
  • Patching, aktualizacje, szyfrowanie, zabezpieczenia, usuwanie nieautoryzowanego oprogramowania.
  • Wsparcie użytkowników biurowych: konfiguracja aplikacji, drukarek, sieci, prezentacji, konferencji.
  • Wsparcie dla sprzętu mobilnego (iPhone / iPad, Mobile Device Management).
  • Obsługa IMACD – instalacje, relokacje, wymiany i dekomisje sprzętu.
  • Przygotowanie stanowisk dla nowych pracowników, refresh sprzętu, migracje do nowych OS.

Asset Management

  • Zarządzanie i ewidencja sprzętu IT (CMDB, inwentaryzacje, kontrola magazynu).
  • Koordynacja z dostawcami przy wymianach sprzętu oraz jego utylizacji.
  • Zabezpieczanie i przygotowanie urządzeń odchodzących pracowników (data wipe, imaging).

Data Centre Hands & Eyes Support

  • Fizyczne wsparcie operacyjne w lokalnym Data Center / Hub Room (hands & eyes).
  • Podłączanie i etykietowanie kabli, podstawowe prace instalacyjne, obsługa taśm backupowych.
  • Eskortowanie dostawców i zapewnienie zgodności z procedurami bezpieczeństwa.
  • Kontrola dostępu, monitorowanie i zgłaszanie nieprawidłowości — codzienne/okresowe inspekcje.

Wsparcie VIP / Wydarzeń

  • Obsługa VIP oraz ważnych spotkań i eventów onsite oraz offsite.
  • Dbałość o najwyższy standard komunikacji i jakości usług.

DR / BC Support

  • Wsparcie podczas testów i aktywacji planów Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity.

Wymagane doświadczenie i umiejętności

  • 2–5 lat doświadczenia w roli IT Support / Field Engineer / Desktop Support.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość Windows OS, O365, sieci lokalnych, sprzętu komputerowego.
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z narzędziami ITSM oraz MDM.
  • Komunikatywność, wysoka kultura osobista, nastawienie na klienta.
  • Znajomość j. angielskiego pozwalająca na komunikację w środowisku międzynarodowym.
