We're looking for a sales leader who can turn vision into strategy and strategy into results. Someone who inspires as much as they lead – combining business acumen, technical understanding and market insight to create growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute
short- and long-term sales strategies aligned with overall company objectives. - Lead, grow and engage
the sales and account management team – building a motivated and opportunity-driven organization ready to explore new markets and acquire new clients. - Adapt sales strategy
in response to dynamic geopolitical and economic changes – ensuring agile decision-making and market responsiveness. - Plan, monitor and achieve
revenue, margin and new business development targets. - Build and optimize
the company's sales infrastructure – including processes, campaigns, pricing strategies, customer relations, and satisfaction metrics. - Represent the company
in negotiations with key clients and strategic partners, both domestically and internationally. - Establish and nurture strategic partnerships
to expand sales channels and strengthen market presence.. - Collaborate cross-functionally
with production, engineering, marketing, and finance departments to ensure alignment with the company's strategic direction. - Report directly to the CEO
on performance, market potential, and strategic recommendations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Director, Head of Sales or similar role within industrial automation, robotics, engineering, or machinery manufacturing.
- University degree in engineering, automation or business
- Proven success in building and leading B2B sales organisations, ideally with international exposure
- Deep understanding of industrial automation trends and the ability to identify and develop new market segments.
- Experience in building alliances and partnerships to expand the sales network
- Demonstrated autonomy and decisiveness in achieving business goals.
- Ability to design and execute adaptive, high-impact sales initiatives through strong communication and creative thinking
- Dynamic leadership style with a proven ability to manage teams and deliver results.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Fluent in Polish and English; German language skills are a strong asset
- Full readiness for domestic and international business travel
- Location within 50 km of Kraków or willingness to relocate permanently
