Aion Bank and Vodeno's existing Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) offering across key European markets, including Germany and Poland, will see the bank embed its services - ranging from account access and deposits to lending, payments and loyalty programs - directly into non-banking digital platforms, facilitating seamless customer experiences.

We are currently looking for a Accounting Analyst ready to join our adventure, share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking.What you will be doing?

• Handling vendor invoices or bills and records in the dedicated system
• Verifying invoices before issuing payment to their vendors
• Perform the invoicing process (bookkeeping and payments) accurately and in a timely manner
• Providing and control the invoice approval process
• Reviewing outstanding purchase orders for potential accruals
• Executing month-end close activities including AP accruals and journal entries
• Monitoring suppliers' balances confirmations
• Supporting other team members during peak periods

Skills you should have

• Knowledge of accounting and tax principles
• Experience working in an accounting office would be a plus
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a similar field
• Fluency in English (verbal and written)
• Practical excel skills
• Strong analytical and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with SQL language
• Ability to optimise and automate processes
