Description
We are looking for a Senior Ruby Engineer to join our Open Source Supply Chain team, working on our detection platform that allows the analysis of data coming from the open-source software realm. Working together, you will have a significant impact on the product shape. This role is a great opportunity for people seeking creativity and impactfulness in their work.

**Location: Remote (Home Office) – Poland**

Responsibilities

  • Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby and Ruby on Rails code
  • Maintain the infrastructure of the Application, including Docker/Terraform/Kubernetes
  • Design and develop backend solutions and APIs
  • Maintain and troubleshoot production applications codebase
  • Write implementations of algorithms and solutions designed by our Research Team
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in system interfaces

Requirements
Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience with the Ruby language
  • Experience with SQL backend, preferably PostgreSQL
  • Proficiency with Sidekiq and Capistrano
  • Ability to take tasks from requirements to deployment quickly and independently
  • Ability to work within distributed, multidisciplinary teams
  • Design and build scalable, high-availability mission-critical systems and APIs
  • Experience with test-driven development
