AEM Website Development Support Specialist
on a
12-month B2B contract
, starting
ASAP
. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting digital teams, and working across large-scale, high-traffic web platforms.

Although the office is in
Warsaw
, you'll work
mainly remotely
, with only occasional ad-hoc office visits.

The Role

You'll be providing
1st line support
to online marketing, content, and web production teams across Europe/CIS. Your focus will be ensuring smooth operations across multiple websites, digital platforms, and integrated systems.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Handling service requests, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues.
  • Monitoring and supporting CMS-based website operations (with
    AEM experience strongly preferred
    ).
  • Working with 2nd line support teams to escalate, follow up, and maintain service quality.
  • Supporting web development, debugging, and problem-solving across multiple platforms.
  • Guiding local teams on standards for SEO, design, coding, and security.
  • Collaborating with marketing teams, product managers, agencies, and regional stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

  • Hands-on CMS experience —
    AEM is a big plus
    .
  • Good working knowledge of
    HTML, CSS, JavaScript
    , and how
    REST APIs
    function.
  • Exposure to front-end development and enterprise website environments.
  • Ability to analyse requirements from various stakeholders and translate them into actionable tasks.
  • A proactive, self-led mindset — someone who takes ownership and delivers.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Background

A degree in Computer Science (or similar) is helpful, but solid relevant experience also counts.

Contract Details

  • 12-month B2B contract
  • Start: ASAP
  • Day rate: €150 per day
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Occasional evening/weekend work during urgent releases or projects
