Description & Requirements
Who we are looking for
We are currently looking for ServiceNow Architects with experience in implementation of IT Service Management or Service Integration processes on market leaders' ITSM tool sets. If you think you are ready to take your career to the next level - this is the time to join Deloitte ServiceNow team

Requirements:

• Holistic view and broad knowledge within
  ServiceNow Platform
• Proven knowledge of ServiceNow Integrations with 3rd party tools using (REST, SOAP, email, MID server, etc.)
• Proven experience with CSM, HR, ITSM, SecOps, IRM and/or ITOM
• Experience with ServiceNow database design, data modeling, CSDM
• Any verified Certified Implementation Specialist certificate
• Proven Certified Application Developer level knowledge
• Certified Technical/ Master Architect desired
• Proven experience in leading projects and teams through challenging and complex environments
• Skills to advocate concepts, recommend solutions and solve problems
• Excellent communication skills (you should be able to talk technical both to technical and non-technical audiences)
• Analytical mind so you can design solutions that solve business problems
• Very good
  English
  skills (min. C1) - you don't have to be Shakespeare, but we speak English on daily basis
• EU residency is a must

What you may:

• It's good if you have additional Implementation Specialist certificates and Certified Application Developer
• Certified Technical/ Master Architect desired
