About the Position:

We are looking for an  Account Manager Sales  to join the S&M  Automotive Lighting&Sensing team, reporting directly to the AL S&M Team Leader.

This position is based at our office in Sosnowiec.

As the Account Manager Sales you will be responsible:

  • Communication partner to the customer and to all involved departments to handle the projects in the very best way.
  • Acquisition activities to win new projects for the customer team
  • Technical customer service and commercial negotiations
  • Cost analysis (with production plant, finance department, purchasing department), Cost/price Break Down, profitability calculation
  • Activities to improve the result of projects
  • Activities to improve the customer relationship

Profile description:

What Qualifications you will bring:

  • Commercial background
  • Knowledge of price analysis/ optimization of cost
  • Collaboration with other departments.
  • Since job scope is worldwide, fluent written and spoken English is absolutely   mandatory.

Other skills that we would welcome:

  • Taste for 'numbers' / finance
  • Experience in dealing with automotive customers
  • Strong resistance to pressure and influence (internal or from customers).
  • Negotiation skills
