We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Processing I to join our
Client Processing -Trade Capture
team. This role is located in Wroclaw.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Process client's instructions in a timely manner,
  • Enter and verify the trade data into the fund accounting system,
  • Monitor exception reports to identify and resolve issues,
  • Reconcile instructions booked vs. trade blotters,
  • Obtain information from data vendors (e.g. Bloomberg),
  • Work with external parties (i.e. the client) and internal teams (i.e. Fund accounting) to ensure all instructions are processed correctly.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, science or similar,
  • 0-3 years of relevant work experience,
  • Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel),
  • Ability to multi-task, work to deadlines and accommodate varying levels of volume and priorities,
  • Knowledge of financial instruments - both listed and unlisted, would be an advantage.
