Cash and Trade Processing Analyst

Hybrid role from Warsaw (3x from the office, 2x from home)

B2B contract

Responsibilities:

  • Execute FOP Middle Office processes, including confirmation and settlement of institutional client instructions in line with market deadlines, standards, and internal procedures
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies across multiple platforms
  • Handle client inquiries, transaction reporting, and related support activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Oversight teams
  • Ensure high quality and continuity of service delivery
  • Identify and implement improvements to reduce manual workload and enhance process efficiency
  • Support colleagues in problem-solving and knowledge sharing
  • Deliver training and onboarding to new team members
  • Participate in business initiatives, client onboarding activities, and process documentation
  • Ensure team procedures are complete, up to date, and maintained across all clients and processes
  • Escalate risks or issues that may impact performance or department reputation in a timely manner
  • Perform proactive controls to minimize operational and processing risk

Requirements:

  • Experience or strong interest in Middle Office / financial operations, preferably within investment funds or securities processing
  • Ability to work accurately with complex processes and multiple systems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk-awareness skills
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to seek improvements and drive process optimization
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams and clients
  • Team-oriented mindset with readiness to support others and share knowledge
  • Organizational skills and ability to maintain clear and accurate documentation
  • Very good command of English (oral and written)
