Sales Analyst

Your responsibilities

  • Preparing and analysing reports for a sales channel in terms of customer/product portfolio profitability.
  • Preparing market analyses.
  • Creating sales plans and sales forecasts for the salesforce.
  • Analysing and monitoring target achievement by the salesforce.
  • Reporting on regular basis and on demand of main commercial KPIs.
  • Analysing the competitions' actions.
  • Participation in other non-standard projects concerning data analysis.
  • Creating budget assumptions.
  • Preparing strategies for the upcoming years.
  • Cooperation with Pricing department.
  • Preparing the report related to volumes, activities performed and profitability.
  • Support to sales team and Pricing HQ in case of special deals.

Our requirements

  • Financial educational background, preferred bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics or Mathematical science.
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar position in an analytical environment or within the finance sector.
  • Fluent English – strong verbal and written communication skills (B2/C1).
  • Knowledge of Italian will be a plus.
  • Advanced PC skills including MS Office applications (MS Excel, PowerPoint mostly) and Power BI (as a plus).
  • Multitasking skills, strong analytical and prioritization skills, experience in deadline driven environment.
  • Ability to form effective working relationships with multiple parties – clients, business experts, ICT and project team.
  • Ability to work under pressure of time.
