For our Client, an international company specializing in the production of home decor products, we are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join the Payroll Department. This role will be primarily responsible for payroll operations in the Europen region.

Responsibilities:

  • manage end-to-end payroll operations for Europe region, especially in DACH market,
  • ensure accurate and timely payroll execution, including statutory tax filings, social security contributions, internal financial reporting, and compliance with audit requirements,
  • serve as the primary point of contact for all payroll-related matters, liaising with internal teams (e.g., Finance) and external stakeholders such as tax authorities and auditors,
  • monitor payroll-related SLAs and KPIs to ensure operational efficiency, service quality, and continuous improvement,
  • lead payroll process optimisation and digitalisation initiatives to improve accuracy, increase automation, and support scalable growth.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in payroll management, ideally gained in a dynamic, international environment,
  • in-depth knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and social security laws across Europe, with a strong focus on the DACH region will be huge asset,
  • self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented, with a high level of ownership and accountability,
  • excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken),
  • knowledge of German or other europen langugaese skills is a plus.
