The Position
We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to strengthen our sales activities in Poland and beyond. From our office in Tarnów, you will be a reliable contact person for customers across all sectors – from energy and marine to HVAC and industrial applications – supporting them with quotes, orders, documentation, and after-sales service.

Working closely with your colleagues in the Polish sales office and at our headquarters in Hadsten, Denmark, you will play a key role in strengthening customer relationships, driving business success, and ensuring that Hoyer continues to deliver service that exceeds expectations.

Your Responsibilities
Customer Retention

  • Central point of contact for Polish and European customers
  • Efficient coordination of quotes, orders, and documentation
  • Excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction

Commercial Collaboration

  • Close collaboration with our colleagues in Denmark and Tarnow (including regular visits per year)
  • Liaison between customers and internal departments in Denmark and Asia
  • Supporting the field sales team with timely and accurate information

Sales Activities

  • Sound understanding of customer needs and market trends
  • Identifying opportunities for process and service improvements
  • Contributing to revenue growth through proactive and reliable support

Your Qualifications
Education & Experience

  • Experience in the B2B environment is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar ERP/CRM systems is an advantage

Skills & Competencies

  • Fluent Polish and English skills – additional languages (e.g., Danish, French, Italian) are an advantage
  • Structured and solution-oriented thinking
  • Focused and objective approach in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
