This team ensures that production staff receive standardized, high-quality training tailored to local needs. It collaborates closely with recruitment, training coordinators, and shop floor supervisors to support onboarding, skill-building, and continuous improvement. The department operates nationally, maintaining consistency across sites while complying with LM and ISO standards.
