About the Role:

We are looking for a 
Strategy Consultant
 to architect the outbound success of our global clients.

We are expanding beyond software to offer full outbound sales outsourcing. We need a strategist to design scalable, repeatable ways to keep our clients' pipelines full. This role is for a problem solver, a relationship builder, and a "learning machine" who thrives on turning ambiguity into clear, actionable insights.

What You'll Do (Your Mission):

Your mission is to make customers genuinely happy by architecting and managing their outbound growth strategy.

  • Architect Outbound Strategies:
     Create outbound strategies from scratch for each client in your portfolio. You will design the "plans of attack" that allow clients to connect with potential customers in minutes.
  • Crack the Growth Code:
     Analyze diverse business cases to identify client needs and bottlenecks. You will use your analytical skills to turn data into strategies for continued success.
  • Be a Strategic Partner:
     Build and manage long-lasting business relationships. You will set expectations and guide clients through the complexities of B2B sales, ensuring they find new business opportunities.
  • Shape the Product:
     You will be the voice of the customer. By gathering feedback from clients (primarily in the US), you will have a direct impact on the shape and evolution of our services.

     You have proficient English (min. C1) and excellent interpersonal skills. You can convey complex ideas in a digestible way to clients globally.

     Communicative Polish and first experiences in a B2B client-facing role (e.g., sales, business consulting, or lead generation).

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Compensation:
     6, ,000 PLN (umowa zlecenie or B2B netto + VAT), based on your experience and performance.
