The Content Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager is responsible for defining and leading content-focused SEO strategies that improve organic visibility, traffic and user engagement across the content journey.

This position is part of the global located in our Cracow office and will be an on-site role.

What you will do:

• Define and implement an SEO strategy, aligned to our digital content goals, user needs and emerging trends, including the growing impact of AI-powered search.

• Lead an international team of specialists, driving excellence in keyword research, content optimization and performance analytics.  

• Collaborate with counterparts in global marketing and information technology to ensure content is discoverable, relevant and responsive to search intent across all stages of the user journey. 

• Lead a team of SEO specialists to identify opportunities through keyword research, user research and data analysis and translate insights into actionable content recommendations.

• Continually audit and optimize content for on-page SEO best practices, including metadata, internal linking, structured data, and search intent alignment.

• Maintain performance frameworks, reporting dashboards and KPI tracking to monitor SEO content impact, drive continuous improvement, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Who you are:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience managing SEO strategies with a strong focus on content performance and organic growth.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, life sciences or a related field.

• Deep understanding of search ranking factors, search algorithms.

• Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEOClarity, Google Analytics, Google Search Console  AI-assisted content optimization tools.

• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in spoken and written English.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• In-depth knowledge of life sciences products and commercial processes.

• Highly collaborative and able to work across global, cross-functional teams and communicate SEO insights clearly to non-technical audiences.

• Curiosity-driven and innovation-orientated, bringing new ideas and approaches to optimize evolving search behaviors, including AI search interfaces.
