Your mission
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the compliance program for the Eastern-EU plant, aligned with EU laws, local regulations, and company policies
  • Monitor plant operations to ensure full compliance with legal, environmental, safety, and corporate governance requirements
  • Identify compliance risks and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with legal, quality, safety, and operations teams to ensure consistent application of policies and procedures
  • Serve as the main contact point for regulatory authorities and manage audits, inspections, and reporting
  • Conduct regular training and communication to promote a culture of compliance and integrity
  • Track and interpret changes in legislation affecting operations and ensure timely updates to policies and procedures
  • Investigate any compliance issues or breaches and drive resolution


Your profile
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Law, Compliance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a compliance, legal, or regulatory affairs role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrialenvironment
  • In-depth knowledge of EU regulations, as well as Hungarian labor, environmental, and operational laws
  • Experience working in an international or cross-cultural business setting
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred
  • Must have legal working rights in EU
