We're seeking a future team member for the role of
Senior Associate, Middle Office
to join our Middle Office BOLT team. This role is located in Wroclaw, Poland.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Perform cash and/or trades and/or position reconciliation and/or,
  • Process cash payment related to derivatives or FX settlement,
  • Research and resolve discrepancies between clients and brokers data and/or,
  • Perform process controls,
  • Coordinate process improvements.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, science or similar,
  • 5+ years of relevant experience with derivatives and/or FX,
  • Practical and theoretical derivatives knowledge (listed and/or OTC) and/or FX market,
  • Practical and theoretical knowledge and/or experience in reconciliation,
  • Ability to multi-task, work to deadlines and accommodate varying levels of volume and priorities,
  • Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
