Role Description

This is a hybrid full-time role for a Chief Legal & Compliance Officer based in Poland. The Chief Compliance Officer will oversee the company's compliance programs, ensuring adherence to European regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include developing and implementing compliance policies, conducting risk assessments, monitoring compliance with laws and regulations, and providing guidance on compliance matters to employees. Additionally, the role involves liaising with regulatory authorities, managing compliance audits, and staying up-to-date with industry changes and regulatory updates.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Expertise in Financial Services
  • Proven experience in a compliance role or legal role; in Financial Services is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
