Responsibilities

  • Design and implement database systems to achieve high availability and quality, customized for end-user needs
  • Define access roles and ensure secure and appropriate data delivery to target users
  • Monitor, optimize, and tune database performance to maintain fast queries and minimal downtime
  • Provide user training and support to enhance data usage and functionality
  • Establish and enforce database policies, procedures, and standards according to best practices
  • Conduct regular security and integrity tests to ensure data privacy and accuracy
  • Apply patches and updates when necessary to maintain system functionality

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in database administration
  • Expertise in working with ClickHouse database
  • Background in creating and managing high-quality database systems
  • Skills in database backup and recovery processes
  • Knowledge of database security protocols and practices
  • Proficiency in database performance tuning and query optimization
  • Background in SQL programming
  • Familiarity with Linux administration
  • Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Intermediate or higher level of English language proficiency

  • Background in working with MongoDB databases
