Process Engineer

To help us continue and consolidate this success, we are looking for an ambitious person for a Production/Process Engineer position, located in Grodzisk Mazowiecki near Warsaw.

To succeed in this position, you should:

• Take responsibility for managing the extrusion process flow and documentation in accordance with the Quality System.
• Identify and resolve issues which have influence on productivity and quality targets.
• Develop and optimize production process.
• Lead and actively participate in production-related projects.
• Apply "Lean Thinking" and Six Sigma methodology in daily operations.
• Prepare and deliver training programs for productions workers.
• Create and maintain clear instructions and SOP's preparation.
• Maintain successful relationships with suppliers, engineering, manufacturing.

To be considered for the role we expect:

• Higher education in Production Engineering, preferably with a focus on Plastic Materials.
• Solid knowledge and experience in the extrusion process.
• Familiarity with Lean Thinking and Six Sigma methodologies is an advantage.
• Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 standards will be considered an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
