We're committed to hiring the best, most talented people and empowering them to thrive, grow meaningful careers and find a place where they belong.Role OverviewThe Governance & Performance Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting our Global Governance, Risk & Performance Director to ensure Master Service Agreement (MSA) governance requirements are effectively planned, delivered, and tracked across our global operations. This position is responsible for monitoring and demonstrating performance metrics to clients while maintaining the highest standards of contractual compliance and data integrity across multiple countries.Working as part of a dynamic, globally distributed team, you'll collaborate with Regional Performance Leads and the Global Governance Lead to support contractual delivery and performance demonstration across our Global Accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesData Management & AnalysisTake full ownership of hands-on data analysis projects, working closely with stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables and successful integration across various applicationsCollaborate with Account Teams, Country Leads, and internal BAU teams to gather data requirements and maintain data quality metric standardsCollate regional data, updates, and progress reports for comprehensive performance trackingGovernance & ComplianceTrack and ensure all required meetings occur at country, regional, and global levels in accordance with the Global Governance FrameworkMonitor contractual governance requirements across multiple countries globallyValidate KPIs and support the demonstration of performance to clientsPerformance ManagementSupport coordination and preparation of Quarterly Business Reviews, analyzing feedback and proposing continuous improvement initiativesManage KPI tracking, reporting, and improvement action planningImplement and support client survey processes, tracking performance and developing action plansTraining & DocumentationCreate, develop, and present best-in-class training documentation to help account team members understand contract contents and Master Service AgreementsDevelop Master Service Agreement Overview and Contract training materialsSupport ad hoc projects focused on improving efficiency, engagement, and performanceRequired QualificationsTechnical SkillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong data analysis and reporting capabilitiesExperience with data integration across multiple applicationsProfessional ExperienceProven experience collaborating with clients, internal teams, operations, and functional leadersDemonstrated success in process management and process improvement initiativesExperience working in fast-paced, changing environments with multiple prioritiesCore CompetenciesDeep understanding of value and risk drivers, including impact of contract scope changesKnowledge of operational processes and governance operating modelsAbility to build compelling cases using data and communicate clear, persuasive messagesExceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to adapt to different audiencesPersonal AttributesStrong organizational and time management skills with ability to multitask effectivelyIndependent thinker with willingness to learn and adapt rapidlyHighest standards of behaviour, collaboration, and work ethicsEnthusiastic and positive team player capable of working with distributed global teamsAbility to simplify complex issues and influence stakeholders at all levelsFlexible and adaptable to workflow changesWhat you can expect from us:Employment contract Hybrid work possibility (3 days from the office per week)Possibility to work in a highly professional, stimulating and challenging work environment of multinational Company with great and long-term career prospectiveOpportunity to demonstrate your own initiativesOpportunity to participate in training and development programsFriendly and supportive company cultureReady to Apply?If you're passionate about governance, performance management, and making a real impact in commercial real estate, we'd love to hear from you.
